Terms and Conditions
If you are dissatisfied with an item, you can return it for a full refund, less the $9.95 (or applicable) shipping charge. The item must be returned to us, at your expense, within five days of receipt and in excellent saleable condition. If the item is damaged because of poor packing we reserve the right to refund a reasonable amount at our discretion.
Cancellations
You have the right to cancel an order at anytime before shipment. Any
such cancellations need to be received by us via email, from which we
will immediately refund you, minus a 3% surchage on the credit
transaction.
Damages
If your goods have been delivered and are defective
or damaged, we ask you provide written notice of the defect or damage
within five days receiving the goods. The written notice must be in the
form of an e-mail and sent to info[at]justbedding.com.au. In the email, please
include the following details;
Order identification number
Name
Address
Goods ordered
Problem(s) with goods
Proposed solution (i.e) Replacement
Damaged items will then need to be returned to us. Once received,
we will then credit your return delivery cost and make every effort to
replace the damaged goods. In the unlikely event that we can not
replace the goods we will offer a full refund or store credit.
Delivery
We here at JustBedding.com.au are proud to offer a flat rate of $9.95
for delivery to anywhere in Australia for most orders, no matter how
large it is! A few bulky items carry extra freight charges, though this
is always mentioned on their respective product pages. We despatch
orders twice a week; on Tuesday and Thursday. All orders
received by 1:00pm E.S.T on these days will be shipped on the same day,
providing item/s are in stock, for delivery within up to five business
days. All orders received after 1:00pm will be shipped on the very next
delivery day. All international deliveries are treated in the same
manner, for delivery of up to 21 business days, however, discounted
international freight charges do apply.
Please note that we cannot guarantee Christmas delivery for any orders received after 15th of December of that year.
Out Of Stock Items
Whilst we make every effort to carry ample
stock of all products at all times, it is sometimes impossible to
predict demand which can at times lead to items being out of stock for
a short period of time. Most items are usually on order from the
distributor and stocks are generally replenished weekly. So in these
rare circumstances we will endeavour to despatch your order in under 21
days from the date of purchase. If this is the case, you will be
notified by us immediately and asked whether you would still care to
proceed with your order.
Payment
In order to maintain a high level of security, we choose not to store customer credit card details on our website, and so all payments are made 'live' with ANZ at time of purchase. And as a result, all credit cards are charged at time of checkout and not at the time of order despatch. Purchases will show as JUSTBEDDING on your bank statements.
