Q1. What is a digital gift card?: A digital gift card is an electronic gift card which, once bought, is sent to any required email address. This email contains the gift card, sender's name and message, dollar amount of the gift, and instructions on how to redeem that amount on our site. In this way, digital gift cards are quite similar to the traditional gift vouchers of old.
Q2. Where do I use my gift card?: The gift card code is applied during checkout.
Q3. Why doesn't my gift card code work?: It may be that you have entered the gift card code in incorrectly. If not, it may be that you are trying to use an older gift card not compatible with our new system. Please contact us if this is the case and we will supply you a new and valid code for the same gift value.
Q4. Can my gift card be transfered into cash?: No, we cannot transfer any gift card amount into cash.
Q5. How long are gift cards valid?: Digital gift cards are valid for 24 months.
